Will my cat be housed with an unfamiliar cat? [−] No, we house cats individually or in "family" groups. Playtime is also on an individual basis.
What vaccines do you require? [−] We require our guests to have the FVRCP vaccine or the equivalent titer test. We also require a negative FeLV test if you wish to let your cat out for playtime.
What activities do you offer? Is there an extra charge? [−] All our activities are included in our boarding fees. We offer TVs in select condos, first come first served. Laser mouse play, catnip bubbles or quiet time on a staff member's lap are all a part of what we offer our guests.
Are you open Sundays? Is someone there evenings? [−] Yes, we are open Sundays. Cat Hotel offers extended business hours for your convenience. We are open from 9am to 9pm seven days a week, weekends and holidays included! We staff 24 hours a day for your peace of mind.
My cat needs medication, can you give them to her/him? [−] Yes, we will administer vet prescribed medication to your cat . We charge a fee of $5 daily for this service.

May I visit my cat while (s)he boards with you? [−] Certainly! We welcome you or friends and family to visit while your cat stays with us.
